REPAIR DETAILS

My engine light has been on so I went to Autozone for a scanner and pulled code P1174, I posted a pic. I need to know what exactly it means and what needs fixing. Car runs fine but the rpm and temp gauge have started fluctuating just a little. Also, I hit some debris from an accident a few weeks ago resulting in a flat, and luckily I had an extra tire to pop on, but now the steering wheel gets a little shaky at high speeds as well as a mild occasional squeal when turning at slow speeds. Not sure if the tires just need balancing or the suspension got hit during the incident. Please reach out with possible solutions, I want to know what is needed for both the error code and tires before I agree to any estimates. Thank you. Also I can drive to you if needed.
